W.S. Cumby recently delivered Construction Management services for the renovation of Strath Haven Condominiums, a twelve-story residential building located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.

This project focused on modernizing and enhancing all common areas within the fully occupied condominium, ensuring a fresh and updated living environment for residents.

The scope of work included extensive upgrades to the building’s corridors, lobbies, bathrooms, mailroom, and amenity spaces. Renovations included the installation of brand-new flooring, wall treatments, and ceiling finishes, as well as updated lighting and plumbing fixtures to improve both aesthetics and functionality.

Additional enhancements were made to create a more welcoming and contemporary atmosphere, elevating the overall resident experience.
