Project Manager
W.S. Cumby Construction is seeking a self-starting, deadline-driven and detail-oriented individual who will be accountable for the overall project team leadership including management of an assigned project team, creating and maintaining strong relations with the client and design team and ensuring the project meets the established goals for safety, quality, schedule and profit. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate verifiable successful results in managing multiple high quality projects and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial construction experience. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent is desired with proficiency in Procore, P6 Scheduling and Office.
