W.S. Cumby provided Preconstruction and Construction Management services for the renovations to the rooftop terrace at Beaux Arts Lofts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The new roof terrace includes two all-new shade structures, as well as all-new outdoor power receptacles, all-new outdoor lighting, and hose bib for plant irrigation.

The deck contains modern amenities with 360-degree views of the city. Maximizing spatial functionality was a top priority for the project. In order to achieve this goal, the deck’s design proposed an organized series of spaces that are defined by architectural elements, furniture configurations, and subtle changes in flooring patterning.
