W.S. Cumby provided construction management services for the installation of the Movie and Theater room at Domus Apartments in University City. The project scope included the addition of custom seating areas, a coworking space, and a new AV system.

Each viewing room contains a tv and modern seating area for resident usage. Linear wood, decorative, and acoustical pendant lights were installed to illuminate the community spaces. Acoustical ceiling tiles were implemented in order to ensure superb sound quality and noise control for occupants. A coworking space is adjacent to the kitchenette, which showcases new quartz countertops and wood laminated base cabinets.
