Greene Street Friends School is a Pre-K through 8th Grade school located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. With new program objectives in mind, the school sought to expand their classroom space while creating new multi-use space that could accomodate a number of different uses.

In 2016, W.S. Cumby was brought in to provided construction management services for the renovation of existing interior spaces and the construction of a new multi-purpose addition for the school.

The completed 20,000SF facility includes a ground level flexible space that accommodates a variety of programs including physical education, performing arts, all-school gatherings, special events and receptions.

The facility also provides six new classrooms and two additional specialty classrooms.
