W.S. Cumby provided construction management services for the renovation and new construction project at Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli, Pennsylvania. Phase 1 included clubhouse renovations, dining room upgrades, a new grille room, Pro Shop renovations, and re-configurations to the bar room. Phase 2 of the Club’s master plan included complete replacement of the existing pool, along with upgraded men’s and women’s lockerooms and construction of a new 2-story dining pavilion with a bridge and pathway, to improve access.
