W.S. Cumby recently provided construction management services for the renovation and addition to the clubhouse building at Gulph Mills Golf Club.
The project included the renovation of the existing buffet room, living room, dining room and lounge area. Additionally, renovations to the existing clubhouse porch and construction of a new clubhouse addition were completed.

The new addition contains a new lower-level locker area, new elevator and new bar and dining room along with a new member entrance.
The renovation was performed in phases, which are coordinated around the seasonal usage of the spaces being renovated. The clubhouse remained occupied and in-use during the course of construction.
