W.S. Cumby served as Construction Manager for the recently completed Golf Learning Center at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The new building includes four golf simulators and two heated hitting bays, which contain concealed overhead doors that retract to allow members and guests to hit directly onto the driving range. Using advanced swing analysis technology, along with cameras and foot pressure sensors, the hitting bays can analyze a player’s stance and swing and allow members to train and practice year-round.
