W.S. Cumby provided preconstruction services as Construction Manager for the construction of a new dormitory at Williamson college of the Trades in Media, PA. The dormitory includes space for 26 private bedrooms for students, a shared first floor lounge area and a private apartment for the “dorm parent” that includes a bedroom, living area and kitchenette.
