W.S. Cumby partnered with the client for renovations to their five-story senior living facility with a lower-level parking garage in Center City, Philadelphia. The first floor underwent extensive upgrades, including the vestibule, reception, lobby area and corridors, bar/lounge, and dining areas. Staff spaces, including the mail room and administrative offices, were also renovated.

On the resident floors, improvements were made to all common spaces, including resident living rooms, activity rooms, fitness areas, offices, and laundry facilities. Residents will enjoy improved functionality in activity spaces including the library, theater, and game room.

On the top floor, art galleries and lounges were refreshed and finished with a rooftop garden space and deck area.
