W.S. Cumby provided construction management services for the construction of Dansko’s corporate headquarters. The facility stands as a demonstration of the footwear company’s values-based commitment to work toward full sustainability in all of its business practices and products. The three-story, Class-A office and retail building includes daylit office space, conference rooms, a full commercial kitchen, dining space, an exercise facility, meditation rooms and a retail outlet store.

The main lobby features one of the region’s first “Living Walls”. The vertical bio-wall of indoor plants acts like a natural air filter to enhance indoor air quality and helps to ensure a clean and healthy indoor environment.
