W.S. Cumby Wins Preservation Alliance Grand Jury Award for Academy of Notre Dame De Namur’s Mansion Building


The Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia awarded The Mansion Building at the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur a 2017 Grand Jury Award for excellence in historic preservation. W.S. Cumby Builders and Construction Managers worked alongside John Milner Architects, Joseph B. Callaghan Engineers, and the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur to deliver a successful restoration of the school’s Mansion Building, originally built in the mid-1890s.

The Preservation Alliance’s Achievement Awards event is an annual celebration of the individuals, organizations, businesses and projects that exemplify outstanding achievement in the field of historic preservation throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
