Sneak Peek: Merion Cricket Club

The finishing touches are going up at Merion Cricket Club, where W.S. Cumby renovated and restored existing portions of the men’s locker room and support spaces as part of the club’s Campus Master Plan.

The project scope includes a new vestibule and accessibility upgrades to the Main Clubhouse; a new mens’ locker room and fitness center; Squash Court renovations; and reconfigurations in the Tennis Building including a women’s locker room expansion and a fitness studio upgrade.

The Merion Cricket Club was founded in 1865 and was designated a National Historic Landmark for its role in cultivating the development of cricket, golf, squash, and tennis in the United States.
