November IPC Winner: Denae Gerber

W.S. Cumby has three core values: Integrity, Partnership, and Commitment. They are on our logo, the walls of our office, and are shared amongst all the members of our team. While we all live these values each and every day of our professional lives, there are times that team members go above and beyond in their demonstration of these values. To celebrate this, we have developed a monthly award that is given to someone who has shown exceptional dedication to our core values. In addition to the recognition, each month’s recipient has the privilege of naming the following month’s winner, in a show of mutual respect and celebration of the firm’s core values.

We are excited to announce that October’s IPC Award winner Superintendent Rich Diegel has selected Project Coordinator Denae Gerber as November’s winner. While working with Denae on the Church of the Redeemer project Rich says he quickly realized her commitment and dedication to the company. We congratulate Denae and are very fortunate to have her on our team!

A little about Denae…

What is your favorite part of your job?

One of the things i love about my job is visiting the job site in the very beginning and then seeing the finished look.

What does the IPC Award mean to you?

Receiving this award means a lot to me because it shows the hard work and dedication that I have helped my company achieve our goals.

How have you been keeping busy during this quarantine?

My fiancé and I got engaged during this pandemic so I am in the process of planning our wedding and we are also in the middle of buying our first home together.
