Construction Update: Roebling Lofts

Construction is moving along quickly at Roebling Lofts in Trenton, New Jersey. The project team is working diligently as window installation is nearing its conclusion. Framing, mechanical rough-ins, and elevator installation have all been completed on Floor 1. On Floors 2 and 4, drywall installation has been completed and the team has moved on to pouring gypcrete subfloors, to be finished with bamboo and tile. On Floor 3, interior finishes including kitchen cabinets, counters, and bathroom fixtures are currently being installed and moved toward completion.

Our photo gallery for this Construction Update features several units with completed window installation, spiral staircases, and various stages of insulation and soundproofing.

Roebling Lofts is the first phase of a three phase mixed-use revitalization project, centered in the heart of downtown Trenton, New Jersey. The first and largest phase will transform Building 101, formerly known as the Clark Street Rope Shop, into one- and two-bedroom units. Lofts will range in size from 759 to 1,553 square feet while each unit will have ceiling heights up to 20 feet and windows up to 14 feet.
