W.S. Cumby completed an 18,000 SF core and shell renovation of a Class A office building at the McKee Plaza in Springfield, Pennsylvania. W.S. Cumby worked alongside architecture and interior design firm Meyer Design in updating the exterior façade and mechanical systems of this 1960’s original bank building which was later converted into office space.

The scope of work included a near total removal of the entire building interior including two existing bank vaults, replacement of the roof and perimeter roof slab edge and all exterior windows. Features include a new elevator and a high-efficient HVAC system. Storefront and curtain wall windows were installed along with a new mansard- framed metal roof which conforms to the architectural style of the other buildings in the office park.
